Hey, all you cosmic peeps out there!
I decided I want to do a Weekly Tarot Card Outlook, to hopefully be put out every Monday. This is the spread I'm using, in case any of you would like to use it as well:
It's a simple laid-out spread, where each card represents one day of the week. So, it should be easy to follow, and beginners can do this one with ease.
I did this reading with my newer deck, The Wildwood Tarot. Or as she's known to me, Willow!
Here is what our spread ended up looking like:
1. Monday: Ace of Arrows - The Breath of Life
Energy and vitality abound today! No room for negative energies or attitudes. Time to let all that energy flow through you and to get things done. The future is open with possibilities. If you have an idea or goal, look at it clearly and figure out how to get there.
2. Tuesday: Two of Arrows - Injustice
Disclaimer!: Normally, I might be a tad uncertain if the cards had been shuffled thoroughly or not if it's a newer deck. Especially if I were to draw two cards from the same stack that follow each other in their suit. However, I have used this deck several times since I have gotten it, and I have a tendency to shuffle slightly obsessively. So we're going to go with it.
Today, you need to be careful about making sure you have all the facts before jumping to wrong conclusions and false judgments. Remain alert, truthful, and impartial. The truth will always come out. So be wise and keep your calm in the face of incorrect information and harmful accusations.
3. Wednesday: #13 The Journey
Stone: White Quartz
Change is coming today! Get rid of old ideas and concepts that no longer serve you. Even if it seems the transition is extreme, don't fear it, embrace it! To grow, sometimes, we need our point of view challenged to see that drastic change is necessary. After all, staying static serves no one, certainly not ourselves. Meditation and a healthy cleansing wouldn't be out of order today, either.
4. Thursday: Seven of Vessels - Mourning
Stone: White Quartz
It's ok to honor what has brought you here and mourn for what is gone. Take the time that you need. Learn to let go and come to peace with the changes and challenges you have faced. Celebrate them and the new phase of your life that you've started.
5. Friday: #21 The World Tree
Stone: Tree Agate
Phew! Take a deep breath, everyone. I think it's time to soak up some renewal and bask in all the universe's blessings. It's an important thing to do. If we don't recharge and remember how blessed we all are, we'll get disheartened and not see things clearly. Get some meditation in and maybe treat yourself to something. And if you're anything like me, remember that you're worth a little treat every now and then, and don't let guilt get in the way of it!
6. Saturday: #14 Balance
Stone: Tree Agate
This weekend is a time for recharging and contemplation. Finding inner balance can be complicated with the fears and self-doubts that plague us. We have to remember to be patient and calm. Be sure to examine your life and your inner self. Trust in your intuition and have confidence in your strengths!
7. Sunday: Six of Arrows - Transition
Stone: Muscovite Mica
With the changes that have come to you this week, you need to take advantage of the forward momentum. Ensure that after the changes and reflection you've done, you're ready to move forward into a new week with an open heart and positive attitude!
I hope you've found this enlightening and I hope that it will help you out in some capacity this week!
